The DenseLight DL-UCS series are uncooled continuous-wave (CW) high
power laser diodes in TO-can package engineered for illumination,
solid-state laser pumping, medical and free space communication. It
operates over a wide temperature range from 0 to 50ºC without any need
for a thermoelectric cooler and temperature controller.
The DenseLight DL-UPS/UPM series are uncooled high power laser diodes in
TO-can package operating under pulsed mode for surveying and range
finding. It operates over a wide temperature range from 0 up to 80ºC
without any need of thermoelectric cooling.
