We are excited to introduce our comprehensive range of photonic products, designed to meet the diverse needs of telecom, datacom, and sensing industries. Our offerings are organized into two key categories: Coherent Light Sources and Broadband Light Sources, showcasing our advanced manufacturing capabilities and dedication to innovation.

Coherent Light Sources

Our Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) wafer fabrication capabilities enable us to deliver industry-leading coherent light sources, including:

  • Gain Chips – Optimized for high-power, coherent applications.
  • Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) – High-performance amplification across telecom and sensing bands.
  • Distributed Feedback (DFB) Lasers – Providing precision and stability for telecom and datacom networks.
  • Fabry-Perot (FP) Lasers – Reliable and efficient solutions for sensing and communication systems.
  • Narrow Linewidth Lasers – Designed for applications requiring exceptional spectral purity.

Broadband Light Sources

Our expertise extends to broadband light sources, leveraging our vertically integrated production to deliver superior performance:

  • Superluminescent Light Emitting Diodes (SLEDs):
    • O, E, S, C, L, and U Bands – Enabling high-power broadband solutions for sensing and imaging applications.
    • Low Degree of Polarization (Low DOP) SLEDs – Delivering enhanced uniformity for advanced optical systems.
  • BF21 – Integrated Light Module – A compact – “Match Box”, high-performance integrated Light Module with built in drivers, and controllers for CW and Modulated sources designed for ease of integration in various applications.

Vertically Integrated Manufacturing

Our compact and high performance fab modules for InP and GaAs wafer fabrication facilities empower us to produce highly reliable, customizable photonic devices. This vertical integration enables us to maintain rigorous quality control, optimize performance, and accelerate time-to-market for coherent and broadband light sources.
